RSC Gears Up for IMAGE 2015 in Dayton Ohio

Renaissance Sciences Corporation (RSC) is excited for the role that it will play in the events being held in the Dayton, Ohio area in July. The IMAGE Conference will be held at the University of Dayton on July 7-8, 2015 followed by an Open House demonstration of simulation technologies at Esterline’s Demo Center in Xenia, Ohio. RSC is proud to be chairing a paper session,  presenting a paper and demonstrating our SimHDR-EO NVG stimulation software at Esterline’s Demo Center in conjunction with IMAGE 2015.

RSC representatives have been working diligently to prepare for a paper presentation at IMAGE 2015 by sharing their knowledge of Modeling & Simulation with such duties as paper session chair and author.   Kenny Hebert, Vice President, Products of RSC, is the chair of the Environment Modeling Session and Bob Kuehne, President of RSC, authored a paper entitled “Towards an Automated Process for Updating & Translating 3D Models & Terrain Databases to Meet New Simulation Requirements.”  The paper introduces a flexible and automated solution for reusing and updating existing terrain content and 3D models to save valuable time and money when supporting new simulation platforms.  The Environment Modeling Paper Session, in which this paper will be included, will be held on July 7, 2015 starting at 1:30pm.

Additionally, RSC will again partner with Esterline to demonstrate its SimHDR-EO NVG software to produce a realistic, physics-based, NVG stimulation using Barco projectors. This demonstration was a main attraction at the recent ITEC 2015 International Military, Education, and Simulation Tradeshow held in Prague, Czech Republic. IMAGE attendees are encouraged to take the opportunity to view our demonstration on July 7, 2015 from 6-9pm at the Esterline Demo Center located at 600 Bellbrook Avenue, Xenia, OH (advance registration is required through Esterline).
